It started in 2012 when our Research and Innovation Department started to measure the number of pedestrians and CONSUMERS (12h/day for 12 months) that pass each block of each commercial street in Madrid. From this Department came our Pablo Beltrán Index, other indicators that we created from each commercial street in Madrid.
